All items are custom printed, unique garments that are custom printed specifically for you when you place an order, as such they are not refundable.

NotoriousGear.com may, but are under no obligation to, honor requests for exchanges or replacements for the following reasons:

Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail or courier service we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Irreparable defects: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before shipping, unexpected errors may occur in which case items will be exchanged at our discretion. In all cases the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any items that have been approved and issued an “R.M.A”. (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from NotoriousGear.com
